<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
<br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) ON LOT 6, CITY
<br /> BLOCK 286 LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 286, AND LOT 1-A, CITY BLOCR
<br /> 287, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO FRED DRAKE, JOE EARLY AND R.
<br /> V. FREE, RESPECTIVELY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
<br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2
<br /> (SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED
<br /> DEVELOPMENT SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) 50 ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
<br /> and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a), be,
<br /> and the same is hereby established on LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 286
<br /> LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 286, AND LOT 1-A, CITY BLOCK 287, on
<br /> property belonging to FRED DRAKE, JOE EARLY AND R. V. FREE,
<br /> RESPECTIVELY, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
<br /> SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a) the hereinafter described property,
<br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE
<br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the bound-
<br /> aries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SHOPPING CENTER (PD-a),
<br /> be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
<br /> Texas, and being further described as follows:
<br /> TRACT 1: BEGINNING at a point in the North
<br /> boundary line of Lamar Ave, said point being the
<br /> Southeast corner of Lot 7, City Block 286 and
<br /> being 100 feet West of the West boundary line of
<br /> 30th N.E.;
<br /> THENCE Westerly along the North boundary line
<br /> of Lamar Avenue, a distance of 184 feet to the
<br /> Southwest corner of Lot 6, City Block 286;
<br /> THENCE Northerly with the West line of said
<br /> Lot 6, City Block 286, a distance of 399 feet to
<br /> its Northwest corner;
<br /> THENCE Easterly with the North line of said
<br /> Lot 6, City Block 286, a distance of 74 feet to
<br /> its Northeast corner;
<br /> THENCE Southerly with the East line of said
<br /> Lot 6, City Block 286, a distance of 231 feet to
<br /> the Northwest corner of Lot 7, City Block 286;
<br /> THENCE Easterly with the North line of said
<br /> Lot 7, City Block 286, a distance of 110 feet to
<br /> its Northeast corner;
<br /> THENCE Southerly with the East line of said
<br /> Lot 7, City Block 286, a distance of 168 feet to
<br /> the place of beginning.
<br /> TRACT 2: BEGINNING at a point in the South
<br /> boundary line of Lamar Avenue said point being the
<br /> Northwest corner of Lot 1-A, City Block 287 said
<br /> point also being N 601 40' E, 143.2 feet and N 87°
<br /> 20' E, 55.3 feet from the East boundary line of
<br /> 33rd S. E.;
<br /> THENCE N 87° 20' E along the South boundary
<br /> line of Lamar Avenue, a distance of 150 feet to
<br /> the Northeast corner of said Lot 1-A;
<br /> THENCE South, a distance of 268 feet to the
<br /> Southeast corner of said Lot 1-A;
<br /> THENCE West, a distance of 150 feet to the
<br /> Scuthwest corner of said Lot 1-A;
