<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
<br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - OFFICE DISTRICT (PD-f) ON LOT 3, CITY
<br /> BLOCK 285; LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 285; LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 285; LOT
<br /> 6, CITY BLOCK 285; LOT 7 AND 8, CITY BLOCK 285; AND LOT 9,
<br /> CITY BLOCK 285; ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOHN HOUSE, GLENN
<br /> SMALLWOOD, JIMMIE MCFADDEN, EDNA PETWAY, LEELON HAMIL AND
<br /> C. A. SKIDMORE, RESPECTIVELY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAYiILY DWELLING
<br /> DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
<br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - DISTRICT OFFICE (PD-f) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
<br /> and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - DISTRICT OFFICE (PD-f), be,
<br /> and the same is hereby established on LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 285;
<br /> LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 285; LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 285; LOT 6, CITY
<br /> BLOCK 285; LOT 7 AND 8, CITY BLOCK 285; AND LOT 9, CITY
<br /> BLOCK 285; on property belonging to JOHN HOUSE, GLENN
<br /> SMALLWOOD, JIMMIE MCFADDEN, EDNA PETWAY, LEELON HAMIL AND C.
<br /> A. SKIDMORE, RESPECTIVELY, so as to include in such PLANNED
<br /> DEVELOPMENT - DISTRICT OFFICE (PD-f) the hereinafter
<br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently
<br /> designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2),
<br /> and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT -
<br /> DISTRICT OFFICE (PD-f), be, and the same are hereby
<br /> established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
<br /> Texas, and being fully described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at a point in the South boundary
<br /> line of Lamar Avenue, said point being the North-
<br /> west corner of Lat 3, City Block 285 and being 150
<br /> feet East of the East boundary line of 31st S. E.;
<br /> THENCE Easterly with the South boundary line
<br /> of Lamar Avenue, a distance of 525 feet to a point
<br /> in the West boundary line of 32nd S. E. and being
<br /> the Northeast corner of Lot 9, City Block 285;
<br /> THENCE Southerly with the West boundary line
<br /> of 32nd S. E., a distance of 183 feet to the
<br /> Southeast corner of said Lot 9;
<br /> THENCE Westerly with the South line of said
<br /> Lot 9, a distance of 525 feet to the Southwest
<br /> corner of Lot 3, City Block 285;
<br /> THENCE Northerly with the West line of said
<br /> Lot 3, a distance of 183 feet to the place of
<br /> beginning.
<br /> Section 2. That the zoning herein granted is
<br /> conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan in accordance
<br /> with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after full
<br /> compliance with the procedure established in Section 21 of
<br /> said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City
<br /> Council prior to the issuance of any building permits.
<br /> Section 3. That the Director of Community Development
<br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
<br /> change the 'Loning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
<br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
<br /> map accompanyirig the same, and in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of this ordinance.
