<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. $3-O36 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> PROVIDING THAT ORDINANCE N0. 1315 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br /> PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTIONS 7A AND 7F OF <br /> SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ESTATE <br /> TYPE STREET, HAVING MINIMUM WIDTH OF RIGHT OF WAY OF 60 FEET <br /> AND A MINIMUM PAVING WIDTH OF 18 FEET WITH DITCH DRAINAGE <br /> SYSTEM; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; <br /> REPEALING ALL ORDINAIQCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br /> HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY 1, <br /> 1983. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1315 af <br /> the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended by adding <br /> thereto a new sub-paragraph (17) as follows with existing <br /> sub-paragraph (17) being renumbered to sub-paragraph (18): <br /> <br /> "Section 1... <br /> (17) ESTATE STREET - The phrase "Estate <br /> Street" shall be a street which is intended <br /> primarily to serve traffic within an area zoned <br /> Single Family Dwelling District No. One (SF-1), <br /> and which is not necessarily continuous through <br /> several residential districts." <br /> Section 2. That sub-paragraph (10) of Section VII <br /> of Ordinance No. 1315 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas be <br /> amended be adding thereto the following: <br /> <br /> Estate Streets shall have a minimum <br /> width of right-of-way of 60 feet and a minimum <br /> paving width of 18 feet with drainage ditches of <br /> no greater depth of lZ feet; however, when drain- <br /> age ditches are required to exceed 13-, feet in <br /> depth, minimum right-of-way width must be iri- <br /> creased in accordance with approved plans for <br /> street and related drainage system." <br /> Section 3. That sub-paragraph F(1) of Section VII <br /> of Ordinance No. 1315 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas be <br /> amended so that such shall read as follows: <br /> "Section VII <br /> <br /> F. <br /> (1) Standard curb and gutter except as <br /> permitted in area zoned Single Family Dwelling <br /> District No. One (SF-1) and not otherwise <br /> required," <br /> <br /> Section 4. Any person violating any of the pro- <br /> visions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" <br /> Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum <br /> not to exceed $200.00, and each and every day's continuance <br /> of any violation of the above enumerated section shall <br /> constitute and be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br /> Section 5. All ordinances or parts of orclinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
