PERMIT MODIFICATIONS <br /> Within nine (9) months of the promulgation of a <br /> National Categorical Pretreatment Standard, the wastewater <br /> contribution permit of users subject to such standards shall <br /> be revised to require compliance with such standard within <br /> the time frame prescribed by such standard. Where a user <br /> subject to a National Categorical Pretreatment Standard has <br /> not previously submitted an application for a wastewater <br /> contribution permit as previously described, the user shall <br /> apply for same within one hundred eighty (180) days after <br /> the promulgation of the applicable National Categorical <br /> Pretreatment Standard. Iri addition, the user with an <br /> existing wastewater contribution permit shall submit to the <br /> Supervisor within one hundred eighty (180) days after the <br /> promulgation of an applicable National Categorical Pretreat- <br /> ment Standard the information required by paragraphs (8) <br /> and (9) of the section describing required information for a <br /> wastewater contribution permit. <br /> H. REVOCATION OF PERMIT <br /> Any user who violates this ordinance, or applicable <br /> state and federal regulations or the conditions of the <br /> permit, is subject to having the permit revoked. <br /> SECTION 31-41. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> A. COMPLIANCE DATE REPORTING <br /> Within ninety (90) days following the date for firial <br /> compliance with applicable National pretreatment standards <br /> or, in the case of a new source, following commencement of <br /> the introduction of wastewater into the POTW, any user <br /> subject to such pretreatment standards and requirements <br /> shall submit to the Supervisor a report indicating the <br /> nature and concentration of all pollutants in the discharge <br /> from the regulated process which are limited by those <br /> pretreatment standards and requirements. The report shall <br /> state the performance of the user in consistently meeting <br /> the applicable pretreatment standards and requirements <br /> and, if any, what additional pretreatment and/or operation <br /> and maintenance is necessary to bring the user into compli- <br /> ance with the applicable pretreatment standards or <br /> requirements. This statement shall be signed by an <br /> authorized representative of the industrial user and <br /> certified by a qualified professional engineer. <br /> B. PERIODIC COMPLIANCE REPORTING <br /> Any user subject to a National pretreatment standard, <br /> after the compliance date of such pretreatment standard, <br /> or, in the case of a new source, after commencing <br /> discharge into the POTW, shall submit to the Supervisor <br /> during the months of June and December, unless required <br /> more frequently in the pretreatment standard or by the <br /> Supervisor, a report indicating the nature and <br /> concentration of pollutants in the effluent which are limited <br /> by such pretreatment standards. User may use the two <br /> required samples for this report. In addition, this report <br /> shall include a record of all daily flows which during the <br /> reporting period exceeded the average daily flow reported <br /> in the Compliance Date Report (see previous section). <br /> The Supervisor may impose mass limitations on users <br /> which are using dilution to meet applicable pretreatment <br /> standards or requirements, or in other cases, where the <br /> imposition of mass limitations are appropriate.
