ORDINANCE N0. 84-069 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZOTIING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A OFFICE DISTRICT (0) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT- GREEPZ HOUSE OR ryURSERY FOR RETAIL PLANT SALES FLORIST ON LOT 2, BLOCK l, HAYES HEIGHTS ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELQNGING TO R. P. WOODBY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN OFFICE DISTRICT (0); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT- GREEN HOUSE OR NURSERY FOR RETAIL PLANT SALES FLORIST SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUTICIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ArdD SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-GREEN HOUSE OR NURSERY FOR RETAIL PLANT SALES FLORIST, be, and the same is herebv established on LOT 2, BLOCK l, HAYES HEIGHTS ADDITION, on rproperty belongi.ng to R. P. WOODBY, so as to include in such OFFICE DISTRICT (0) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-GREEN HOUSE OR NURSERY FOR RETAIL PLANT SALES FLORIST the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an OFFICE DISTRICT (0), and that the boundaries of said OFFICE DISTRICT (0) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-GREEN HOUSE OR NURSERY FOR RETAIL PLANT SALES FLORIST, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 2, Block 1, Hayes Heights Addition to the City of Paris as shown on plat of said addition of r.ecord in Plat Records, Lamar County, Texas. Section 2. That the Director of Cotrununity Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accor.lpanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular sessi_on convened, in the Council Roam, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 8th day of October, 1984.
