<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 83-049 <br /> <br /> AN URDINANCE AMENDING ZONIi1G ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, YARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 1, HAYES HEIGHTS <br /> ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GLENN SMALLWOOD, SO AS TO <br /> INCLLDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - OFFICE (PF-f); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED EY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Urdinance No. 1710 of the City ot <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0) , be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 1, HAYES HEIGHTS ADDITION, <br /> on property belonging to GLENN SMALLWOOD, so as to include <br /> in such OFFICE DISTRIC;T (0) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as <br /> a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - OFFICE (PF-f), and that the <br /> boundaries of said Or'FICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lar.lar, and State ot <br /> Texas, anci being Lot 3, City Block l, Hayes <br /> Heights Addition to the City of Paris as shown on <br /> plat of said addition of record in Plat Records, <br /> Lamar County, Texas. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Nap of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1/10 and the land use <br /> r.iap a.ccompanying the sar.le, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
