ORDINANCE P10. 83-052 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE 1V0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ON LOT 28, CITY BLOCK 259, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ERIC S. CLIFFORD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT OP.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning N1ap and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 28, CITY BLOCK 259, on property belonging to ERIC S. CLIFFORD, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated withiri the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at a_ point in the North boundary line of Kessler Drive, said ponit being the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block A of Willowcrest Addition, Part l; THENCE North 0°05' E, a distance of 569.42 feet to a point; THENCE South 89°15' E a distance of 72.0 feet to a point; THENCE North 0°15' W, a distance of 75.6 feet to a point; THENCE South 89° 15' E, a distance of 492.0 feet to a point; THENCE South 0° 15' W, a distance of 327.6 feet to a point; THENCE West, a distance of 33.0 feet to a point; THENCE South 0° 20' E, a distance of 479.0 teet to a point; THENCE South 89° 32' W, a distance of 476.88 feet to a point; THENCE North 0° SO' W, a distance of 178.02 teet to a point in the North boundary line of Kessler Drive; THENCE South 89° 06' W, a distance of 53.0 feet to the place of beginning, containing 9.74 acres. Section 2. That the Director of Cor.imunity Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Or.dinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imm.ediately upon passage.
