OKll1NANCE N0. 83-055 AN OxDINANCE ANTENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 Or' 'rriE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHAPJGING THE BOUTIDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FANIILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 1, BLOCK 7, COLONIAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EDWARD JUYNER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HONIE (39) SU ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINEU BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, '1'exas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-:3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT l, BLOCK 7, COLONIAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, on property belonging to EDWARD JOYNER, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLINU DISTRICT N0. 3 (SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE: PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. :i (SF-3), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the sar.ie are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits ot the uity of Paris, County ot Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 1, Block 7, Colonial Addition to the City of Paris as shown in plat of said addition, recorded in Plat Records, Lamar County, Texas. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the C;ity of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
