<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NU. 1710 OF THE
<br /> CITY UF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
<br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br /> OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOTS 2-A, 3 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 113-A
<br /> AND LOT 7 AND PART OF LOT 8, BLOCK 4, FELT, FORTS AND VARNER
<br /> ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ST.
<br /> JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
<br /> FOIZMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F);
<br /> AND DESIGDIATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE BISTRICT (0) SO
<br /> ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> YARIS:
<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1110 of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
<br /> and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0) , be, and the same is hereby
<br /> established on LUTS 2-A, 3 AND 4, CITY BLOCK 113-A AND LOT 7
<br /> ANll PART OF LOT 8, BLOCK 4, FELT, FORTS AND VARNER AllDITION
<br /> TO 2'HE CITY OF PARIS, on property belonging to ST. JOSEPH'S
<br /> HOSPZTAL, so as to inciude in such OFFICE DISTRICT (0) the
<br /> hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
<br /> presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F),
<br /> and that the boundaries of said OFFICE DISTRiCT (0), be, and
<br /> the saLne are hereby established as tollows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br /> uity of Paris, County ot Lamar, and State of
<br /> Texas, and being further described as follows:
<br /> TKACT 1: BEGINNING at a point in the East
<br /> boundarine of lOth S. E., said point being the
<br /> Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 4, of Felt, Forte
<br /> and Varner Addition to the City of Paris, Texas,
<br /> according to the plat of said addition of record
<br /> in Book 77, Page 404, lleed Records, Lamar County,
<br /> Texas.
<br /> THENCE North with the East boundary line of
<br /> lOth 5treet, S. E. , a distance of 65. 0 feet to a
<br /> point for corner;
<br /> THENCE East, a distance ot 175 feet to a
<br /> point in the East line of said Felt, Forte and
<br /> Varner Addition;
<br /> THENCE South, a. distance of 65.0 feet to the
<br /> Southeast corner of said Lot
<br /> THENCE West, a distance of 175 feet to the
<br /> place of beginning.
<br /> TRACT 2: Being Lots 2-A, 3 and 4, City Block
<br /> 113-A a-n-d---Being more particularly described as
<br /> tollows:
<br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the South
<br /> boundary line of East Austin Street with the West
<br /> boundary line of 12th S. E.;
<br /> THENCE South with the said West boundary line
<br /> ot 12th S. E., a distance ot 170 feet to a point,
<br /> the Southeast corner ot said Lot 4;
<br /> THENCE West with the South boundary lir.e of
<br /> Lot 4, a distance of 140 feet to the Southwest
<br /> corner of said Lot 4, said point also being in the

<br /> Lot 2-A, a distance of 92 feet to its Southeast
<br /> corner;
