<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 83-063 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> CONIriERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 19 AND 20, CITY BLOCK 203, <br /> ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EDD ALLEN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a CONfrIERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on LOTS 19 AND 20, CITY BLOCK 203, on <br /> property belonging to EDD ALLEN, so as to include in such <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, <br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the bound- <br /> aries of said COr1MERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Lot 19 and 20, City Block 203 and <br /> being more particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the South <br /> boundary line of Bonham Street with the West <br /> boundary line of 23rd S. W. Street, said point <br /> being the Northeast corr_er of said Lot 20, City <br /> Block 203; <br /> THENCE South with the West boundary line of <br /> 23rd S. W., 148 feet to the North line of an 18 <br /> foot alley and the Southeast corner of said Lot <br /> 20; <br /> THENCE West with the North line of said <br /> alley, 99 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 19, <br /> city Biock 203; <br /> tHENCE North with the West line of said Lot <br /> 19, 148 feet to the South boundary line of Bonham <br /> Street; <br /> THENCE East with the South boundary line of <br /> Bonham Street, 99 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Sectior. 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
