WAYNE BROWN, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTUkAL <br /> DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI- <br /> FAMILY DWELLIPIG DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the saMe are hereby changed, <br /> and that a MULTI-FAMILY UWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, <br /> and the same is hereby established on a 28.27 acre tract of <br /> land being part of Lot 9, City Block 317, on property <br /> belonging to D. WAYNE BROWN, so as to include in such <br /> MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the <br /> boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1 <br /> (MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the Wesley Askins <br /> Survey, Abstract No. 7, and being a part of a <br /> 36.54 acre tract described in a Deed from Boyce <br /> Reed and wife to Par. is Fraternal Builders, Incor- <br /> porated, dated April 6th, 1970, recorded in <br /> Volume 510, Page 254, Lamar County Deed Records; <br /> being more particularly described as follows, <br /> BEGINNING at a stake (found) for a corner, <br /> said point being the Southwest corner of the 36.54 <br /> acre tract described in the above mentioned Deed, <br /> also being the Southwest corner of a 103.59 acre <br /> tract conveyed Boyce Reed by Deed recorded in <br /> Volume 341, Page 386, Lamar County Deed Records; <br /> THENCE North 29 Degreed 30 minutes East, 45.0 <br /> feet along the East boundary line of 36th North- <br /> east Street to a stake set for a corner; <br /> THENCE North 201.0 feet along the East <br /> boundary line of 36th Northeast Street to a steel <br /> rod set for a corner; <br /> THENCE East 450.0 feet to a steel rod set for <br /> a corner; <br /> THENCE North 800.0 feet to a steel rod set <br /> for a corner, said point being in the North <br /> boundary line of the 36.54 acre tract described in <br /> the above mentioned Deed; <br /> THENCE East 1080.0 feet along said North <br /> boundary line to a fence post for a corner; <br /> THENCE South 1040.0 feet along the East <br /> boundary line of said 36.54 acre tract to a fence <br /> post for a corner; <br /> THENCE West 1552.0 feet along the South <br /> boundary line of said 36.54 acre tract and a.long <br /> the South boundary line of the Wesley Askins <br /> Survey to the place of beginning containing 28.27 <br /> acres of land. <br /> Section 2.
