<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. $3-067 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZOPIING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (PU-b) ON THE SOUTH 250 FEET OF LOTS 18-A AND <br /> 19, CITY BLOCK 249, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO PARIS SAVINGS <br /> AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 <br /> (SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HCIUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> (PD-b) 50 ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DTSTRICT - HOUSING OR <br /> COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on the South 250 feet of Lots 18-A and <br /> 19, City Block 249, on property belonging to PARIS SAVINGS <br /> AND LOAPv' ASSOCIATION, so as to include in such PLANNED <br /> DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> (PD-b) the hereinafter described property, which was <br /> formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELL- <br /> ING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), be, and the same are hereby established <br /> as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of Lots 18-A and 19, City <br /> Block 249, more particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the East boundary <br /> line of South Collegiate Drive, said point being <br /> the Northwest corner of Lot l, Block A of <br /> Tanglewood Addition; <br /> THENCE North 89° 30' East along the North <br /> boundary line of said Lot l, Block A, Tanglewood <br /> Addition and its easterly extension, a distance of <br /> 309.8 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 15, <br /> Block A of Johnson Woods Park Addition; <br /> THENCE North 0° 20' West with the West <br /> boundary line of said Johnsons Woods Park Addi- <br /> tion, a distance of 250 feet to a point for <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE South 89° 30' West a distance of 309.8 <br /> feet to a point in the East boundary line of South <br /> Collegiate Drive; <br /> THEIVCE Southerly with the East boundary line <br /> of South Collegiate Drive, a distance of 250 feet <br /> to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, he, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Niap of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Or.dinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinar.ces in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
