ORDINANCE N0. $3-067 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZOPIING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PU-b) ON THE SOUTH 250 FEET OF LOTS 18-A AND 19, CITY BLOCK 249, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO PARIS SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 (SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HCIUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) 50 ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DTSTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), be, and the same is hereby established on the South 250 feet of Lots 18-A and 19, City Block 249, on property belonging to PARIS SAVINGS AND LOAPv' ASSOCIATION, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELL- ING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - HOUSING OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of Lots 18-A and 19, City Block 249, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the East boundary line of South Collegiate Drive, said point being the Northwest corner of Lot l, Block A of Tanglewood Addition; THENCE North 89° 30' East along the North boundary line of said Lot l, Block A, Tanglewood Addition and its easterly extension, a distance of 309.8 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 15, Block A of Johnson Woods Park Addition; THENCE North 0° 20' West with the West boundary line of said Johnsons Woods Park Addi- tion, a distance of 250 feet to a point for corner; THENCE South 89° 30' West a distance of 309.8 feet to a point in the East boundary line of South Collegiate Drive; THEIVCE Southerly with the East boundary line of South Collegiate Drive, a distance of 250 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, he, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Niap of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Or.dinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinar.ces in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
