OkDINANCE NG. $3-068 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NQ. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON LOTS 17, 18 AND 19, BLOCK A AND LOTS 41, 42, AND 43, BLOCK B OF WINDSOR ESTATES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EDDIE VINCENT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 (SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT DtO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINEU BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 17, 18 AND 19, BLOCK A AND LOTS 41, 42, AND 43, BLOCK B OF WINDSOR ESTATES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, on property belonging to EDDIE VINCENT, so as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), and that the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1 (NiF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated withiri the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Enoch Crow Survey #208 and the Joseph Leach Survey #524, and being a part of a 32.169 acre tract of land conveyed FVMC Partnership by Deed recorded in Volume 661 page 591 of the Lamar County Deed Records, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin, the most Westerly Southwest corner of said 32.169 acre tract of land; THENCE North 89° 27' 39" East with the South boundary line of said tract of land a distance of 219 feet and continuing in all a distance of 269.01 feet to an iron pin, same being an inside el corner of said 32,169 acre tract of land; THENCE North 0° 09' 21" West a distance of 415.77 feet to an iron pin for corner, same being an inside el corner of said 32.169 acre tract of land; THENCE North 89° 31' 02" West with the North boundary line of said 32.169 acre tract of land a distance of 263.96 feet to an iron pin, same being the most Westerly Northwest corner of said tract of land; THENCE South 0° 32' 04" klest with the West boundary line of said 32.169 acre tract of land a distance of 420.54 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 2.558 acres of land more or less. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Or.dinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
