ORDINAP3CE N0. 83-071 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDIPJANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT 1`I0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) ON LOT 9-B, CITY BLOCK 281, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WILLIARD 0'NEAL BOYD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR14ERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND- ARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 9-B, CITY BLOCK 281, on pro- perty belonging to WILLIARD 0'NEAL BOYD, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PER14IT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of tYie Feddin Russell Survey No. 786 and of the 1.34 acre tract of land conveyed by Mildred Snowton et al to Vivian Green on June 16, 1976 by deed recorded in Book 580, Page 496, Lamar County Deed Records, described by metes and bounds as follows in accordance with a survey made by W. R. Abbott, Registered Public Surveyor, on September 29, 1976: BEGINNING at a stake in the WB line of 17th Street NE at the SE corner of said Snowton et al, Green tract of land; THENCE West 246 feet, a stake at its SW corner; THENCE North 75 feet, a stake; THENCE East 246 feet, a stake in the WB line of 17th Street rIE; THENCE South with said WB line 75 feet to the place of beginning, cor.taining .423 acre of land. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
