E. STREET <br /> APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET NORTH OF LOOP 286 S. E., ON PRUPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO LOYD G. MELVIN, SO AS TO iNCLUDE THEREIPI <br /> TERRITORY FGRMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT <br /> (A); AivD DESIGNATItdG THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) SO ESTABLiSHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a OPdE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), be, <br /> and the same is hereby estabiished on A 9.55 ACRE TRACT OF <br /> LAND LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF 3RD S. E. STREET APPROXI- <br /> r7ATELY 600 FEET NORTH OF LOOP 286 S. E., on property <br /> belonging to LOYD G. MELVIN, so as to include in such ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT 140. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as an AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the <br /> bour.daries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 <br /> (SF-2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the Larkin Rattan <br /> Survey, and also being a part of 13.25 acre tract <br /> conveyed to Loyd Melvin by Elmer Hadaway by deed <br /> dated rlarch 18, 1983, and recorded in Vol. 655, <br /> Page 158, of the Deed Records of Lamar County, <br /> ^texas, described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for a corner in the <br /> Southwest corner of said 13.25 acre tract, said <br /> point also being in the East right of way line of <br /> FM 1497; <br /> THENCE North 1° 35' West a distance of 250' <br /> along the East right of way lire of said Highway <br /> 1497 to an iron pin for a corner; <br /> THENCE North 89° 02`30" East a distance of <br /> 1,1$8' to an iron pin for a corner in the West <br /> boundary line of 6th S. E. <br /> THENCE South 1°35' East a distance of 35' <br /> along the West boundary line of 6th S. E. to an <br /> iron pin for a corner; <br /> THENCE South 89°02' 30' West a distance of <br /> 1,188' to the place of beginning and containing <br /> 9.55 acres of land, more or less. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ardinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> imr.iediately upon passage. <br />
