ORDINANCE N0. 2601 2,N ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0, 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- ING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 16 and 17, CITY BLOCY. 250, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO B; FRANK DOOLEY AND E. E. BARBEE, ET AL, SO AS TO ITZCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COPIMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 16 and 17, City Block 250, on property belonging to B. Frank Dooley and E. E. Barbee, et al, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; BEGINNING at the intersection of the East Boundary Line of U. S. Highway No. 271 with the South Boundary Line of Loop Highway No. 286 N. E.; THENCE in an Easterly direction with said South Boundary Line of Loop Highway No. 286 N. E., to its intersection with the West Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road; THENCE South 35 Deg. 11 Min. West along the said West Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road 501.5 feet to a point in the South line of the original 30.09 acre tract conveyed by Mrs. Sarah A. Hull, et al to Daisie Barbee by deed dated March 7, 1934, recorded in Vol. 235, Page 363, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas; THENCE North 60 Deg. 00 Min. tiaest 1007 feet to a point; THENCE North 45 Deg. 00 Min. West 744 feet to a point; THENCE West 494 feet more or less to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map ac- companying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are nereby expressly repealed.
