<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2602 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE A.NIENDING ZOiVING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF <br /> THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- <br /> RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING NIAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- <br /> ING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ON LOTS <br /> 11, 12A, 12B, 12C and 12E, CITY BLOCK 309, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO RODNEY SATHER, ET AL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THERE- <br /> IN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A HEAVY INDUSTRIAL <br /> DISTRICT (HI); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE- <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> b3 the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, <br /> and the same is hereby established on Lots 11, 12A, 12B, <br /> 12C and 12E, City Block 309, on property belonging to <br /> Rodney Sather, et al, so as to include in such One-Family <br /> Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated <br /> as a Heavy Industrial District (HI), and that the bounda- <br /> ries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), <br /> be, and the same are hereby established as follows; <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the <br /> City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary Line <br /> of Brown Avenue, said point being 224 feet West of <br /> the West Boundary Line of 19th S. W., said point <br /> being the Northeast corner of Lot 12C, City Block 309; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 130 feet to the South- <br /> west corner of said Lot 12C, City Block 309; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 264 feet to a point in <br /> the East line of Lot 11, City Block 309, said point <br /> being the Southwest corner of Lot 12A, City Block 309; <br /> THENCE South 110 feet to the Southeast corner of <br /> said Lot 11, City Block 309; <br /> THENCE West 106 feet to the Southwest corner of <br /> said Lot 11, City Block 309; <br /> THENCE North 240 feet to a point in the South <br /> Boundary Line of Brown Avenue, said point being the <br /> iVorthwest corner of said Lot 11, City Block 309; <br /> THENCE East 370 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change <br /> the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map ac- <br /> cor.ipanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions <br /> of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
