<br /> THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA-
<br /> RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH-
<br /> ING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ON LOT 13,
<br /> CITY BLOCK 309 AND LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 154-A, ON PROPERTY
<br /> BELONGING TO FRED BLASSINGAME AND JOHN CUNNINGHAM, SO AS TO
<br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITOR.Y FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A HEAVY
<br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (HI); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES
<br /> OF THE ONE-FAI"IILY D14ELLING DISTRICT N0, 2(SF-2) SO ESTAB-
<br /> LISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that
<br /> a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same
<br /> is hereby established on Lot 13, City Block 309 and Lot 10,
<br /> City Block 154-A, on property belonging to Fred Blassingame
<br /> and Joh-n Cunningham, so as to include in such One-Family
<br /> Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) the hereinafter described pro-
<br /> perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as a
<br /> Heavy Industrial District (IiI), and that the boundaries of
<br /> said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the
<br /> same are hereby established as follows:
<br /> TR.ACT I: Situated about 14 miles S. 45 Deg. W.
<br /> of the Court House, Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a
<br /> part of the Asa Jarman Survey, also being a part of
<br /> a tract of land conveyed Henry Simmons from Naomi
<br /> Davis, by deed dated March 31, 1950, and recorded in
<br /> Book 314, Page 191, Lamar County Deed Records;
<br /> BEGINNING a stake in the W.B,L. of FM Road No.
<br /> 137, at the present N,E.C, of the aforesaid tract;
<br /> THET3CE South 1 Deg. W. with the W.B.L. of FM
<br /> Road No. 137 (19th St. S.W.) 216 ft. to the most
<br /> Eastern N.E.C, of the Babcock-Wilcox Tract;
<br /> THENCE with B& W's N.B.L. West 243 feet;
<br /> THENCE continuing with B& W's E.B.L. North
<br /> 7 Deg. 30 Min. W. 217 feet, (Waterman's S.B,L.);
<br /> THENCE East 27~ feet to the place of beginning,
<br /> containing 1.28 acres of land.
<br /> LESS 0.109 acres of land, more or less, conveyed
<br /> to the Texas Highway Department for Highway purposes,
<br /> dated December 21, 1971, of record in Book 532, Page
<br /> 253, Lamar County Deed Records.
<br /> Being the same property as described in Deed from
<br /> Tommy L. Duff et ux to Williarn H. Mullins et ux, dated
<br /> March 8, 1972, of record in Book 534, Page 108, Lamar
<br /> County Deed Records,
<br /> TRACT II: Being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey,
<br /> situate about 14 miles SW of the Courthouse, Paris,
<br /> Lamar County, Texas, also being a part of a tract of
<br /> land designated as 10 acres in conveyance to L. H.
<br /> Travis et ux from Myrtle M. Smith and husband, Frank
<br /> M. Smith, be deed dated February 2, 1910, and recorded
<br /> in Book 132, Page 71, Lamar County Deed Records;
<br /> BEGINPJING at the present SWC of the aforesaid 10
<br /> acre tract a stake in the EBL of 19th St. SW (Greenville
<br /> Road), FM Road No. 137, same being the Western NWC of
<br /> a tract of Harold Reeder;
