<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2607 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF <br /> THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUIQDA- <br /> RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING 14AP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- <br /> ING A MULTIPLE FA1`IILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON <br /> THE SOUTH PART OF LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 258, ON PROPERTY BE- <br /> LONGING TO THE CRIST AND ELIZABETH PSHIGODA FOUNDATION, SO <br /> AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A <br /> ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING <br /> THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAIILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> N0. 1 (MF-1) 50 ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that <br /> a Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and <br /> the same is hereby established on the South part of Lot 1, <br /> City Block 258, on property belonging to the Crist and <br /> Elizabeth Pshigoda Foundation, so as to include in such <br /> Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), the herein- <br /> after described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a Qne-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), <br /> and that the boundaries of said Multiple Family Dwelling <br /> District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established <br /> as follows: <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part <br /> of the Hiram Williams Survey #1003, and being a part <br /> of a 20.28 acre tract of land conveyed Russell A. Gifford <br /> by deed recorded in Vol. 413, Page 113, of the Deed <br /> Records of said County and State. <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the North <br /> Boundary Line of Cherry St. at the Southeast corner of <br /> said Gifford tract of land. <br /> THENCE North a distance of 756 ft, to an iron pin <br /> for corner, said point being South a distance of 758 <br /> ft. from the Northeast corner of said Gifford tract of <br /> land; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 581 ft. to an iron pin <br /> for corner, said point being South a distance of 756 ft. <br /> from the Northwest corner of said Gifford tract of land; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 756 ft. to an iron pin <br /> for corner at the Southwest corner of said Gifford tract <br /> of land, said point being the Southeast corner of a tract <br /> of land owned by Charles R. Greb; <br /> THENCE East along the North Boundary Line of said <br /> Cherry St. a distance of 581 ft. to the place of begin- <br /> ning and containing 10.083 acres of land. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the pro- <br /> visions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying <br /> the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordi- <br /> nance. <br />
