<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2608 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0, 1710 OF <br /> THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNA- <br /> RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- <br /> ING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND A <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, MOBILE HOME (39) UN A PART OF LOT 10, <br /> CITY BLOCK 317, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH PETE WITTER OWNS A <br /> CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING <br /> THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 <br /> (SF-3) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, MOBILE HOME (39), SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that <br /> a One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) and a Specific <br /> Use Permit, Mobile Home (39), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established on a part of Lot 10, City Block 317, upon property <br /> of which Pete Witter owns a current option, so as to include <br /> in such One-Family Dwelling District No, 3(SF-3) and Specific <br /> Use Permit, Mobile Home (39), the hereinafter described prop- <br /> erty, which was formerly and is presently designated as an <br /> Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of said <br /> One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) and Specific Use <br /> Permit, Mobile Home (39), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, Lamar County, Texas,and being more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a stake the most Northwesterly East <br /> corner of a tract of land situated about 2 miles North, <br /> 64 Deg. East of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and <br /> State of Texas, part of the Wesley Askins Survey #7 <br /> being a part of a 103.59 acre tract conveyed Boyce F. <br /> Reed by deed recorded in Volume 296, Page 482, Deed <br /> Records of Lamar County, Texas; said stake being in <br /> the South Boundary Line of a county road; <br /> THENCE South 150 feet a stake; <br /> THENCE East 400 feet a stake; <br /> THENCE North 150 feet a stake; <br /> THENCE West 400 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change <br /> the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompa- <br /> nying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br /> ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
