ORDINANCE N0. 2608 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0, 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNA- RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- ING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, MOBILE HOME (39) UN A PART OF LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 317, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH PETE WITTER OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 (SF-3) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, MOBILE HOME (39), SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) and a Specific Use Permit, Mobile Home (39), be, and the same are hereby established on a part of Lot 10, City Block 317, upon property of which Pete Witter owns a current option, so as to include in such One-Family Dwelling District No, 3(SF-3) and Specific Use Permit, Mobile Home (39), the hereinafter described prop- erty, which was formerly and is presently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) and Specific Use Permit, Mobile Home (39), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas,and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake the most Northwesterly East corner of a tract of land situated about 2 miles North, 64 Deg. East of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, part of the Wesley Askins Survey #7 being a part of a 103.59 acre tract conveyed Boyce F. Reed by deed recorded in Volume 296, Page 482, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; said stake being in the South Boundary Line of a county road; THENCE South 150 feet a stake; THENCE East 400 feet a stake; THENCE North 150 feet a stake; THENCE West 400 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompa- nying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
