<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2610 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRO- <br /> VIDING THAT THE CODE UF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br /> PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SUB-PARAGRAPH (e) OF <br /> SECTION 12-12 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE DELETION OF <br /> AIQ EXCEPTION TO THE PROVISION AGAINST BURNING OUT OF DOORS <br /> WITHIN THE CITY OF PARIS; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO <br /> EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF <br /> 0RDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH l, 1982. <br /> BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That Sub-paragraph (e) of Section 12-12 of <br /> the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br /> be amended sa that such shall read as follows: <br /> "Sec. 12-12. Outside Fires and Open Flame Torches. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> (e) Not withstanding the prohibition contained <br /> in paragraph (a), (b), and (c) of this section, Fire <br /> Department training exercises are permitted. <br /> . . , ' <br /> <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions <br /> of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, <br /> and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed <br /> $200.00. <br /> Section 3.
