<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2612 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF <br /> THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- <br /> RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- <br /> ING A MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) AND A <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, CIVIC ORGANIZATION (17) ON THE WEST <br /> 119 FEET OF LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 181, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br /> GENE RODEN'S SONS, INC., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> N0. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MIJLTIPLE- <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) A1VD A SPECIFIC tTSE <br /> PERMIT, CIVIC ORGANIZATION (17) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that <br /> a Multiple-Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1) and a <br /> Specific Use Permit, Civic Organization (17), be, and the <br /> same is hereby established on the West 119 feet of Lot 2, <br /> City Block 181, on property belonging to Gene Roden's Sons, <br /> Inc., so as to include in such Multiple-Family Dwelling <br /> District No. 1(MF-1) and Specific Use Permit, Civic Organi- <br /> zation (17), the hereinafter described property, which was <br /> formerly and is presently designated as a Multiple-Family <br /> Ihaelling District No. 1(MF-1), and that the boundaries of <br /> said Multiple-Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1) and <br /> Specific Use Permit, Civic Organization (17), be, and the <br /> same are hereby established as follows; <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City <br /> of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Larkin <br /> Rattan Survey, situated on the East side of Church <br /> Street and the West side of South 23rd Street, and <br /> being a part of a lot conveyed to R. C. Buckner by <br /> S. C. Rucker and wife September l, 1872, recorded in <br /> Book V, Page 113, also being a part of a certain lot <br /> describecl in deed from Sayers Boyd, et al., to Arthur <br /> J. Boyd on September 20, 1912, recorded in Vol. 202, <br /> Page 96, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas. <br /> BEGINNING at the SW corner of the said Boyd pro- <br /> perty, the same being 237 feet North of the intersection <br /> of the NB line of Sherman Street with the EB line of <br /> South Church Street; <br /> THENCE East 119 feet, a stake; <br /> THENCE North 76 feet, a stake; <br /> THENCE West 119 feet, a stake in the EB line of <br /> South Church Street; <br /> THENCE South 76 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change <br /> the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompa- <br /> nying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br /> ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
