Due to the riassive destruction suffered <br /> by the City of Paris, the City Council of the City of Paris <br /> does hereby declare a state of disaster emergency for a <br /> period of seven (7) days beginning April 2, 1982 and ending <br /> Anril 9, 1982, in order to protect the health, life and <br /> property of the City and its inhabitants. <br /> Section 2.
