ORDINANCE N0, 2627 AN ORDINANCE AMENDIrdG ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710, OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- ING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) 0N LOT 1 AND 1-A, CITY BLOCK 237, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ELMERENE TAYLOR, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Faris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a GenPral Retail District (GR), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 1 and 1-A, City Block 237, on property belonging to Elmerene Taylor, so as to include in such General Retail District (GR), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), and that tne boundaries of said General Retail District (GR), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: TRACT l: A part of Lot 1 of Paris City B1ock No.237 situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris Lamar County, Texas, said City Block No. 237 being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, Abst. No. 479, Claiborne Chisum, Assignee; said tract being a part of a tract of land described in a Deed of Record in Vol. 155, Page 65, Lamar County Deed Records; said tract being more particularly described as follocas, to-wit: BEGINPIING A'L an I.P. for a corner; said point being the point of intersection of the E/B/L of N. W. 19th Street and the S/B/L of Car:ipbell Street; THENCE with the S/B/L of Campbell Street, East 160 feet to an I.P. for a corner; said point being in the W/B/L of N. W. 18th Street; THENCE with the W/B/L of N. W. 18th Street, South 31.5 feet to an I.P. for a corner; THENCE West 160 feet to an I.P. for a corner; said point being in the E/B/L of N. W. 19th Street; THEIVCE with the E/B/L of N. W. 19th Street, North 31.5 feet to the place of beginning, containing 5,040 sq. ft. of area. TRACT 2: A part of Lot 1 and a part of Lot 1-A of Paris City Block 237; said block No. 237 being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, Abst. No. 479, Claiborne Chisum, Assignee; said tract also being a part of the tracts of land described in Deeds of Record in Vol, 155 page 65, and Vol. 158, page 581, Lamar County Deed Records and being more particularly described as follows; TO-WIT:
