<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0, 2627 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDIrdG ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710, OF <br /> THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- <br /> RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- <br /> ING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) 0N LOT 1 AND 1-A, CITY <br /> BLOCK 237, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ELMERENE TAYLOR, SO AS <br /> TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING <br /> THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Faris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that <br /> a GenPral Retail District (GR), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on Lot 1 and 1-A, City Block 237, on property <br /> belonging to Elmerene Taylor, so as to include in such <br /> General Retail District (GR), the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated <br /> as a One Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), and that <br /> tne boundaries of said General Retail District (GR), be, and <br /> the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> TRACT l: <br /> A part of Lot 1 of Paris City B1ock No.237 <br /> situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris <br /> Lamar County, Texas, said City Block No. 237 being a <br /> part of the Asa Jarman Survey, Abst. No. 479, Claiborne <br /> Chisum, Assignee; said tract being a part of a tract <br /> of land described in a Deed of Record in Vol. 155, <br /> Page 65, Lamar County Deed Records; said tract being <br /> more particularly described as follocas, to-wit: <br /> BEGINPIING A'L an I.P. for a corner; said point being <br /> the point of intersection of the E/B/L of N. W. 19th <br /> Street and the S/B/L of Car:ipbell Street; <br /> THENCE with the S/B/L of Campbell Street, East 160 <br /> feet to an I.P. for a corner; said point being in the <br /> W/B/L of N. W. 18th Street; <br /> THENCE with the W/B/L of N. W. 18th Street, South <br /> 31.5 feet to an I.P. for a corner; <br /> THENCE West 160 feet to an I.P. for a corner; said <br /> point being in the E/B/L of N.
