<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2629 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMETdDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710, OF <br /> THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- <br /> RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP Or SAID CITY: ESTABLISH- <br /> ING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ON THE EAST <br /> 110 FEET OF LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 331, ON PROPERTY BELONGING <br /> TO JIM KIRBY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT-RETAIL AND <br /> OFFIC~ILD DWELLINGDDDSTRICTTNOG 2H(SF~2)DSDIESTABLISHED. <br /> ONE F <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that <br /> a One Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same <br /> is hereby established on the East 110 feet of Lot 9, City <br /> Block 331, on property belonging to Jim Kirby, so as to <br /> include in such One Family Dwelling District No, 2(SF-2), <br /> the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br /> presently designated as a Planned Development District-Retail <br /> and Office (PD a-f), and that the b oundaries of said One <br /> Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same are <br /> hereby established as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 9, <br /> City Block 331, said point being in the West boundary <br /> line of 34th N. W.; <br /> THENCE South with the West boundary line of 34th N. W. <br /> a distance of 478 feet to a point, said point being <br /> the Northeast corner of Lot 10, City Block 33 <br /> THENCE West a distance of 110 feet to a point <br /> for corner; <br /> THENCE North, parallel with the west boundary line <br /> of 34th a distance of 478 feet to a point in the South <br /> line of Block B, Westwood Addition; lace of <br /> THENCE East a distance of 110 feet to the p <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Cornmunity Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change <br /> the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map <br /> accompanying the same, and iri accordance with the provisions <br /> of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
