ORDINANCE N0. 2629 AN ORDINANCE AMETdDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710, OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP Or SAID CITY: ESTABLISH- ING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ON THE EAST 110 FEET OF LOT 9, CITY BLOCK 331, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JIM KIRBY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT-RETAIL AND OFFIC~ILD DWELLINGDDDSTRICTTNOG 2H(SF~2)DSDIESTABLISHED. ONE F BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same is hereby established on the East 110 feet of Lot 9, City Block 331, on property belonging to Jim Kirby, so as to include in such One Family Dwelling District No, 2(SF-2), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Planned Development District-Retail and Office (PD a-f), and that the b oundaries of said One Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 9, City Block 331, said point being in the West boundary line of 34th N. W.; THENCE South with the West boundary line of 34th N. W. a distance of 478 feet to a point, said point being the Northeast corner of Lot 10, City Block 33 THENCE West a distance of 110 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North, parallel with the west boundary line of 34th a distance of 478 feet to a point in the South line of Block B, Westwood Addition; lace of THENCE East a distance of 110 feet to the p beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Cornmunity Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and iri accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
