<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO„2636 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710, OF <br /> THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- <br /> RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- <br /> ING A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON PART <br /> OF LOTS 8, 9, 10 AND 11, BLOCK 10, BELMONT ADDITION TO THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BETTY RUTH BILLS <br /> HOUSTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0, 3(SF-3)! <br /> AND DESICNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLr <br /> ING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARI S : <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore estab- <br /> lished by the Zoning Niap and Ordinance No. 1710 of the <br /> City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby <br /> changed, and that a TZulti-Family Dwelling District No. 1 <br /> (MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on Part <br /> of Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 10, Belmont Addition to <br /> the City of Paris, on property belonging to Betty Ruth <br /> Bills Houston, so as to include in such Multi-Family <br /> Dwelling District No, 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated <br /> as a One Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), and that <br /> the boundaries of said Multi-Family Dwelling District <br /> No. 1(Ag'-1), be, and the same are hereby established <br /> as follows: <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limit of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 11, <br /> Block 10, Belmont Addition, also being the inter- <br /> section of the south line of Fairfax Avenue with <br /> the West line of 12th N. E. Street; <br /> THENCE South along the West line of 12th N. E. <br /> Street a distance of 105 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 86.5 feet to a <br /> point in the east line of Lot 9, Block 10 of the <br /> Belmont Addition; <br /> THENCE South a distance of 35 feet to the <br /> Southeast corner of said Lot 9; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 63 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 140 feet to a point <br /> in the South line of Fairfax Avenue; <br /> THENCE East along the South line of Fairfax <br /> Avenue, a distance of 149.5 feet to the place of <br /> beginnin;. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3, Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances <br /> in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
