ORDINANCE NO„2636 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710, OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDA- RIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISH- ING A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON PART OF LOTS 8, 9, 10 AND 11, BLOCK 10, BELMONT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BETTY RUTH BILLS HOUSTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0, 3(SF-3)! AND DESICNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLr ING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARI S : Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore estab- lished by the Zoning Niap and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TZulti-Family Dwelling District No. 1 (MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on Part of Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 10, Belmont Addition to the City of Paris, on property belonging to Betty Ruth Bills Houston, so as to include in such Multi-Family Dwelling District No, 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), and that the boundaries of said Multi-Family Dwelling District No. 1(Ag'-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limit of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 11, Block 10, Belmont Addition, also being the inter- section of the south line of Fairfax Avenue with the West line of 12th N. E. Street; THENCE South along the West line of 12th N. E. Street a distance of 105 feet to a point; THENCE West a distance of 86.5 feet to a point in the east line of Lot 9, Block 10 of the Belmont Addition; THENCE South a distance of 35 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 9; THENCE West a distance of 63 feet to a point; THENCE North a distance of 140 feet to a point in the South line of Fairfax Avenue; THENCE East along the South line of Fairfax Avenue, a distance of 149.5 feet to the place of beginnin;. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. Section 3, Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
