ORDINANCE N0. 2638 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE I10. 1710, OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY: ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 227-E, ON PROPERTY BELOrdGING TO DEBORAH WRIGHT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT ESIGNATING E~TABLISHEDOF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVI BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore estab- lished by the Zoning Nlap and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 6, City Block 227-E, on property belonging to Deborah Wright, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District (PdS), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Two Family Dwelling District (2F), and that the boundaries of said Neigh- borhood Service District (NS), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being Lot 6, City Block 227-E and particularly described as follows : BEGINNING at a point in the West line of 20th N. E. Street, said point bein g 58 feet North of the North line of Pine Bluff Street; THENCE West a distance of 142 feet to a point; THENCE North a distance of 100 feet to a point; THENCE East a distance of 142 feet to a point in the West line of 20th N. E. Street; THENCE South a distance of 100 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
