ORDINANCE N0, ~2639 AN ORDINANCE AMENDI:IG ZONING ORDINANCE N0 . 1710, OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY: ESTABLISHIPIG A rI[JLTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0 1(MF-1) ON LOT 18, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO VERA r2AE RHODES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING OSO ESTABLISHED~ILY DWELLING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore estab- lished by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the'same are hereby changed, and that a Multi-Family Dwelling District No. 1 (MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 13, City Block 311, on property belonging to Vera Mae Rhodes, so as to include in such Multi-Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One Family Dwelling Dlstrict No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Multi-Famil followsi4F-1), be, and the same are Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, and being a part of tract #2 in deed to J. L. Joplin as recorded in Vol. 312, Page 509, of the Deed Records of said County and State. BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the North Boundary Line of the Texas and Pacific Railroad at the Southwest corner of said Jopling tract of land, THENCE North a distance of 407 feet to an iron pin for corner in the West Boundary Line of said txact of land; THENCE South 57 Deg. East along the South Boundary Line of U. S. Highway 271 a distance of 29 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 21 Deg, East along the West Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 a distance of 354 feet to a concrete marker for corner in the South Boundary Line of said Jopling tract of land; THENCE South 68 Deg. G1est along the North Boundary Line of said Texas and Pacific Railroad a distance of 163 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.77 acres of land. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
