BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multi- Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on the sou~~h eT~t of Lots 1 and 2, Block B, Town East Estates, on p p Y belonging to Darrell Coats, so as to include in such Multi-Family Dwelling Distirct No. 1(MF-1) hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presentlY designated as a One Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) and that the boundaries of said 14ulti-Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits,of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, described as f ollows : BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block B, Town Eagt Estates; THENCEaid aloiig South feet to Block B of s a point; THENCE N 0o 12' W, a distance of 18.0 feet to a point; THENCE N 78° 43' East, a distance of 118.3 feet to the place of beg;inning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance Noe 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
