<br /> that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the
<br /> same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that
<br /> respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisance
<br /> within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. The City
<br /> Clerk is directed to furnish the owners a copy of this
<br /> ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are
<br /> known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to
<br /> comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes,
<br /> is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance
<br /> by the procedure provided for in Article III of Chapter 7
<br /> of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.
<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter enumerated
<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance,
<br /> in that they are dangerous to life and property, and that
<br /> the same constitute a fire hazard to life and property,
<br /> and that the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate
<br /> such nuisances on or before the dates set out in connection
<br /> with the addresses of each of such structures, as followsc
