<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 2663 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br /> CIiY OF' PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AT3D SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AUTO <br /> FUEL SALES (49) ON LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK l, WARREN ADDITION <br /> AND THE SOUTH 163.5 FEET OF CITY BLOCK 200, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO STANLEY COPE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITO- <br /> RY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); <br /> AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PEKMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49) <br /> SO E5TABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a General Retail District and Specific Use Permit - <br /> Auto Fuel Sales (49) , be, and the same is hereby estab- <br /> lished on Lots 13 and 14, BLock 1, Warren Addition and the <br /> south 163.5 feet of City Block 200, on property belonging to <br /> Stanley Cope, so as to include in such General Retail the <br /> District and Specific Use Permit - Auto Fuel Sales (49) <br /> hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br /> presently designated as a General Retail District (GR), and <br /> that the boundaries of said General Retail District and <br /> Specific Use Permit - Auto Fuel Sales (49) , be, and the <br /> same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being further described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Lot 13, <br /> Block 1, Warren Addition, said point being in the <br /> North boundary line of Bonham Street; <br /> THENCE West along said North line of Bonham <br /> Street, a distance of 207 feet to the West boundary <br /> line of 19th N. W. for corner; <br /> THENCE North 0° 06' West along said East line <br /> of 19th N. W. a distance of 156 feet to a point <br /> for corner; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 207 feet to the <br /> Northeast corner of said Lot 13, Block 1, Warren <br /> Addition; <br /> THENCE South 0° 28' East a distance of 156 <br /> feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become efiective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
