<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2513 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND A <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, AUTO LAUNDRY (3), ON LOTS 2, 2A <br /> AND 2B, CITY BLOCK 61, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JESSE <br /> HALL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRII'ORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNAZ'ED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217) AND <br /> A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, AUTO LAUNDRY (3) SO ESTABLISHED, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI?Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a General <br /> Retail District (GR) and a Specific Use Permit, Auto Laundry (3), <br /> be, and the same are hereby established on Lots 2, 2A and 2B, <br /> City Block 61, on property belonging to Jesse Hall, so as to include <br /> in such General Retail District (GR) and Specific Use Permit, Auto <br /> Laundry (3), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly <br /> and is present ly designated as a Two-Fam.ily Dwelling District (2F) <br /> and a General Retail District (GR), and that the boundaries of said <br /> General Retail District (GR) and Specific Use Permit, Auto Laundry <br /> (3), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City <br /> of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; <br /> Being a part of the Isaiah Davis Survey in <br /> City Block b l ; <br /> BEGINNING 107.2 feet West of the intersection <br /> of the South Boundary line of Tudor Street with the <br /> West Boundary line of Sixth Street Northeast; <br /> THENCE West 122.5 feet, a stake; <br /> THENCE South 102 feet, a fence corner; <br /> THENCE East 120 feet, a stake; <br /> THENCE North 102 feet to the place of <br /> beginnf ng. <br /> <br /> Sect.ion 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the C.ity of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately <br /> upon passage. <br />
