POWERS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDA R IES OF THE LIGHT INDUSTR IA L DISTR ICT (LI) SO ES - <br /> TABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Z'hat the boundaries heretofore establ.ished by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Light <br /> Industrial District (LI), be, and the same is hereby established on <br /> Lots 14 and 15, City Block 305, on property belonging to John F. <br /> Powers and Robert L. Powers, so as to include in such Light <br /> Industrial District (LI) the hereinafter described property, which <br /> was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling <br /> District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of sa.id Light <br /> Industrial District (LI), be, and the same are hereby established as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> TRACT l: Situated in Lamar County, Texas, a part of <br /> the J. Herrington Headright Survey, and being 8 acres oEf <br /> of the North part of 16. 44 acres deeded to J. E. Williams <br /> by W. H. Long, on September 2, 1902, as shown in Deed Book <br /> 107, Page 46, Lamar County Deed Records. <br /> BEGINNING at a stake the N. W. corner of safd 16.44 <br /> acres; <br /> THENCE South 351.8 feet a stake; <br /> THENCE East 1130. 2 feet a stake on the EB line of <br /> said 16.44 acres; <br /> THENCE North with its EB line 249. 3 feet a stake the <br /> SE corner of a one acre block heretofore conveyed to <br /> J. L. Snowden; <br /> THENCE West with the SB line of said one acre tract <br /> 415. 5 feet a stake, its SW corner; <br /> THENCE North 97. 0 feet a stake, its NW corner on <br /> the NB line of said 16.44 acres; <br /> THENCE West 711. 9 feet to the place of beginning, <br /> containing 8 acres. <br /> <br /> TRACT 2: Situated in Lamar County, Texas, a part of <br /> the John Herrington Survey, being a part of the land con- <br /> veyed by G. Rosser and wife to grantors by deed recorded <br /> in Vol. 293, Page 189, Lamar County Deed Records and a <br /> part of the tract conveyed by Hubert Cunningham and wife <br /> to grantors by deed recorded in Vol. 319, Page 523A, <br /> Lamar County Deed Records. <br /> BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the above tract <br /> conveyed by Rosser and wife to Alexander and wife; <br /> THENCE East with its NB line 163 feet a stake; <br /> THENCE South 100 feet passing the SB line of the <br /> Rosser tract continuing South 12 feet across the <br /> Cunningham tract, a total distance South of 112 feet to a <br /> stake in the SB line of the Cunningham tract; <br />
