<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710
<br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE
<br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY;
<br /> ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON PART OF LOT
<br /> 14, CITY BLOCK 259, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EASTFIELD
<br /> DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY
<br /> DWELLING DIST'RICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE
<br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTAB-
<br /> LISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
<br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial
<br /> District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on part of Lot
<br /> 14, City Block 259, on property belonging to Eastfield Development
<br /> Corporation, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the
<br /> hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently
<br /> designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that
<br /> the boundaries of said Commercial District O, be, and the same
<br /> are hereby established as follows:

<br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris,
<br /> County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Hiram
<br /> Williams and Joseph Leach Surveys, and being a part of a
<br /> 73. 53 acre tract conveyed by Ben F. Dodson et al to J. W.
<br /> Harrison, C. L. Walker, Donald G. Wilson and W. W. Harper
<br /> by deed recorded in Vol. 602, Page 803, of the deed records
<br /> of Lamar County, Texas, and more particularly described as
<br /> follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at a point, the intersection of the West
<br /> Boundary Line of 31st N. E. and the South Boundary Line of
<br /> Loop Highway 286, at a concrete R. O. W. marker;
<br /> THENCE along the South Boundary Line of Loop Highway
<br /> 286 as follows: North 27 ° West, a distance of 99 Eeet, more
<br /> or less, to a concrete R. O. W. marker; North 72 ° West, a
<br /> distance of 91. 3 feet, more or less, to a concrete R. O. W.
<br /> marker; North 85 ° West, a distance of 102. 6 feet, more or
<br /> less to a concrete R. O. W. marker; North 72 ° West, a
<br /> distance of 151 feet, more or less to a stake for corner;
<br /> THENCE West, a distance of 237 feet, more or less,
<br /> to a point the Northwest corner of 73. 53 acre tract
<br /> referred to above and the Northwest corner of tract herein
<br /> described;
<br /> THENCE South 5° West, a distance of 215 feet, more or
<br /> less, to a stake for corner;
<br /> THENCE South 89° West, a distance of 123 feet, more
<br /> or less, to a stake for corner;
<br /> THENCE South 7° West, a distance of 233. 7 feet, more
<br /> or less, to a point, the Southwest corner of tract herein
<br /> described;
