That the Traffic-Control Device Map aclopted in Paragraph (b) of Sectior. 29-80 of the Code of Ordiraances of the City of Paris be ariended by deleting the Traffic Signal Light at the intersection of llth N. E. ar_d Pine Bluff Streets. Section 2. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted in Paragranh (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris be ariencied by adding thereto a traffic actuated signal interconnected with Lamar Aven.ue signals at 12th, 17th, 201th, ar_d 28th Street with a background cycle, with separate pedestrian actuated phase and with gedestrian signal heads at 31st Street's intersection with Larnar Avenue. Section 3. Any persorr violating ara.y of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. Section. 4. All ordira.ances or paxts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby exaressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective on Sentember 1, 1980.
