ORDINANCE NO. 2526 , AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 12 AND 13, CITY BLOCK 55, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CALVIN R. GIBSON AND MILDRED C. GIBSON, SO AS 7'O INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDA- RIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots, 12 and 13, City Block 55, on property belonging to Calvin R. Gibson and Mildred C. Gibson, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (217), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: FIRS? TRACT: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey in City Block 55 of the City of Paris, Texas; BEGINNING at the SW corner of lot formerly owned by R. L. Lattimore, a stake in the NB line of Graham Street; THENCE West with the NB line of Graham Street 88 feet, a stake, the SE corner of another lot formerly belonging to C. G. Caviness; THENCE North 170 feet, the SE corner of a lot heretofore conveyed to George C. Lacy, continuing North with the EB line of said Lacy lot to its NE corner, in all North 230 feet a stake in the NB line of lot described in Deed from J. V. Bost and wife to J. A. Fulks and wife; THENCE East 29 feet more or less to the most Northern NE corner of lot described in said Deed to J. A. Fulks and wife; THENCE South 60 feet to the SW corner of lot described in Deed from J. A. Fulks and wife to J. E. Brackeen; THENCE East 60 feet with the SB line of said Brackeen lot, a stake in the EB line of the lot described in sa.id Deed from Bost and wife to Fulks and wife; THENCE South 170 feet more or less to the place of beginning. SECOND TRACT: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey; BEGINNING at the intersect ion of the NB line of Graham Street w.ith the WB line of 3rd St. N. W. (formerly 18th Street), a stake;
