GIBSON, SO AS 7'O INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDA- <br /> RIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established <br /> on Lots, 12 and 13, City Block 55, on property belonging to Calvin <br /> R. Gibson and Mildred C. Gibson, so as to include in such <br /> Commercial District (C) the hereinafter described property, which <br /> was formerly and is presently designated as a Two-Family <br /> Dwelling District (217), and that the boundaries of said <br /> Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established <br /> as follows: <br /> FIRS? TRACT: Situated within the corporate limits <br /> of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being a part of <br /> the Larkin Rattan Survey in City Block 55 of the City of <br /> Paris, Texas; <br /> BEGINNING at the SW corner of lot formerly owned <br /> by R. L. Lattimore, a stake in the NB line of Graham <br /> Street; <br /> THENCE West with the NB line of Graham Street 88 <br /> feet, a stake, the SE corner of another lot formerly <br /> belonging to C. G. Caviness; <br /> THENCE North 170 feet, the SE corner of a lot <br /> heretofore conveyed to George C. Lacy, continuing North <br /> with the EB line of said Lacy lot to its NE corner, in all <br /> North 230 feet a stake in the NB line of lot described in <br /> Deed from J. V. Bost and wife to J. A.
