<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2531 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PA R IS, PA R IS, TEXA S, AND CHA NG ING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> (MF-1) ON LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 227C, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH <br /> GREB CONSTRUCTION, INC. OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS <br /> TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS <br /> A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING <br /> THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DIS?RICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ord.inance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multiple <br /> Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on Lot 2, City Block 227C, upon property of which Greb <br /> Construction, Inc. owns a current option, so as to include in such <br /> Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently designated <br /> as a Two-Family Dwelling District (217), and that the boundaries of <br /> said Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the <br /> same are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated w.ithin the Corporate Limits of the City of <br /> Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the <br /> Isaiah Davis Survey #253, and being a tract of land owned <br /> by Cora Mae Crook; <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner at the Southeast <br /> corner of said Crook tract of land; <br /> THENCE West along the North Boundary Line of <br /> Booth St, a distance of 216. 5 ft. to an iron pin for corner <br /> at the Southwest corner oE said tract of land; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 195 ft. to an iron pin <br /> for corner at the Northwest corner of said Crook tract of <br /> land; <br /> THENCE East along the South Boundary Line of a <br /> 20 ft. Alley a distance of 204 ft. to an iron pipe for <br /> corner at the Northeast corner of said tract of land; <br /> THENCE South 3 Deg. 40 Min. East along the West <br /> Boundary Line of 20th N. E. a distance of 195. 5 ft. to the <br /> place of beginning. <br /> Being described in accordance with an actual survey <br /> made on the ground by W. R. Abbott, Registered Public <br /> Surveyor of Texas, No. 1443, on the 7th day of August, <br /> 1980. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City oE Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the <br /> same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />
