ORDINANCE NO. 2531 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PA R IS, PA R IS, TEXA S, AND CHA NG ING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-1) ON LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 227C, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH GREB CONSTRUCTION, INC. OWNS A CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DIS?RICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ord.inance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 2, City Block 227C, upon property of which Greb Construction, Inc. owns a current option, so as to include in such Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (217), and that the boundaries of said Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated w.ithin the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of the Isaiah Davis Survey #253, and being a tract of land owned by Cora Mae Crook; BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner at the Southeast corner of said Crook tract of land; THENCE West along the North Boundary Line of Booth St, a distance of 216. 5 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the Southwest corner oE said tract of land; THENCE North a distance of 195 ft. to an iron pin for corner at the Northwest corner of said Crook tract of land; THENCE East along the South Boundary Line of a 20 ft. Alley a distance of 204 ft. to an iron pipe for corner at the Northeast corner of said tract of land; THENCE South 3 Deg. 40 Min. East along the West Boundary Line of 20th N. E. a distance of 195. 5 ft. to the place of beginning. Being described in accordance with an actual survey made on the ground by W. R. Abbott, Registered Public Surveyor of Texas, No. 1443, on the 7th day of August, 1980. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City oE Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
