ORDINANCE NO. 2532 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PA R IS, PA R IS, TEXA S, A ND CHA NG ING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, HOUSING DEVELOPMENT OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) ON LOTS 4, 5 AND 6, BLOCK B, WYNNWOOD ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LONNIE KENNEMER, DOYLE WHITAKER AND J. W. HARRISON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, HOUSING DEVELOPMENT OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), SO ES?ABLISHED. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA R IS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development District, Housing Development or Community Unit Development (PD-b), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block B, Wynnwood Addition, on property belong- ing to Lonnie Kennemer, Doyle Whitaker and J. W. Harrison, so as to include in such Planned Development District, Housing Development or Community Development (PD-b), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently desig- nated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Planned Development District, Housing Development or Community Unit Development (PD-b), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block B, Wynnwood Addition, located on the East Side of South Collegiate Drive between Clarksville Street and Clark Lane. Section 2. The site plan of the property herein re-zoned, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. Section 3. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accom- panying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
