<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2532 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PA R IS, PA R IS, TEXA S, A ND CHA NG ING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, HOUSING <br /> DEVELOPMENT OR COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) <br /> ON LOTS 4, 5 AND 6, BLOCK B, WYNNWOOD ADDITION, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO LONNIE KENNEMER, DOYLE WHITAKER <br /> AND J. W. HARRISON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, HOUSING DEVELOPMENT OR <br /> COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b), SO ES?ABLISHED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PA R IS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned <br /> Development District, Housing Development or Community Unit <br /> Development (PD-b), be, and the same is hereby established on <br /> Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block B, Wynnwood Addition, on property belong- <br /> ing to Lonnie Kennemer, Doyle Whitaker and J. W. Harrison, so <br /> as to include in such Planned Development District, Housing <br /> Development or Community Development (PD-b), the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently desig- <br /> nated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that <br /> the boundaries of said Planned Development District, Housing <br /> Development or Community Unit Development (PD-b), be, and the <br /> same are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lots 4, 5 and 6, <br /> Block B, Wynnwood Addition, located on the East Side of <br /> South Collegiate Drive between Clarksville Street and <br /> Clark Lane. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The site plan of the property herein re-zoned, <br /> which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change <br /> the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accom- <br /> panying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br /> ordinance. <br />
