<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2537 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br /> ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217) ON <br /> LOT 25A AND A PART OF LOT 28, CITY BLOCK 259, ON PRO- <br /> PERTY BELONGING TO RALPH B. SHELTON, II, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) <br /> SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Two-Family <br /> Dwelling District (217), be, and the same is hereby established on <br /> Lot 25A and a part of Lot 28, City Block 259, on property belonging <br /> to Ralph B. Shelton, II, so as to include in such Two-Family Dwelling <br /> District (217) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly <br /> and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 <br /> (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Two-Family Dwelling District <br /> (2F), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br /> Par.is, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the <br /> Hiram Williams Survey, and being a part of a 5. 15 acre <br /> tract of land and a part of a 16.44 acre tract of land <br /> conveyed Geneva A nn Pate by deed recorded in Volume 457, <br /> Page 318, of the Deed Records of said County and State, <br /> and being further described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the East Boundary <br /> Line oE 25th Street N. E., said point being North 193 feet <br /> from the Southwest corner of the above mentioned 5. 15 acre <br /> tract of land; <br /> THENCE North a distance of 252 feet to a stake for <br /> corner of said 5. 15 acre tract of 1and; <br /> THENCE N 66 Degrees 00 Minutes E a distance of 211 <br /> feet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 214. 2 feet to a stake for <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE North 408 Eeet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE S 89 Degrees 15 Minutes E a distance oE 72 <br /> feet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE N 0 Degrees 15 Minutes W a distance of 75. 5 <br /> feet to a stake for corner in the West Boundary Line of said <br /> tract; <br /> THENCE S 89 Degrees 15 Minutes E a distance of 492 <br /> feet to a stake for corner in the East Boundary of the above <br /> mentioned 16.44 acre tract of land; <br /> THENCE S 0 Degrees 15 Minutes W a distance of 327. 5 <br /> feet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 33 feet to a stake for corner; <br /> THENCE S 0 Degrees 20 Minutes E a distance of 479 feet <br /> to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE S 89 Degrees 32 Minutes W a distance of 936.88 <br /> feet to the place of beginning and containing 12.9 acres of <br /> land, more or less. <br />
