ORDINANCE NO. 2537 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217) ON LOT 25A AND A PART OF LOT 28, CITY BLOCK 259, ON PRO- PERTY BELONGING TO RALPH B. SHELTON, II, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Two-Family Dwelling District (217), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 25A and a part of Lot 28, City Block 259, on property belonging to Ralph B. Shelton, II, so as to include in such Two-Family Dwelling District (217) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said Two-Family Dwelling District (2F), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Par.is, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Hiram Williams Survey, and being a part of a 5. 15 acre tract of land and a part of a 16.44 acre tract of land conveyed Geneva A nn Pate by deed recorded in Volume 457, Page 318, of the Deed Records of said County and State, and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the East Boundary Line oE 25th Street N.
