ORDINANCE NO, 2539 , AN ORDINANCE FIXING I'HE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPERTY ON 7TH STREET, N. W., FROM THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF BONHAM STREET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF GRAHAM STREET, IN THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS; DI- RECTING THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF PARIS TO PUBLISH THE SAME THREE (3) TIMES IN THE PARIS NEWS AS REQUIRED BY LAW; APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE FINAL ESTIMATE OF COSTS AND CONSTRUCTION PLANS OF SUCH STREET IMPROVE- MENTS AS FILED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF PARIS; FIXING THE CHARGES TO BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS AND THE CHARGES TO BE PAID BY THE CITY OF PARIS; AND WITH THE INTENTION OF FIXING A CHARGE AND LIEN AGAINST THE REAL AND TRUE OWNERS OF SAID PROPERTY AND AGAINST THE SAID PROPERTY ITSELF. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, hereby finds and determines: 1. That the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has heretofore by ordinance duly enacted on the 14th day of January, 1980, determined the necessity for and or- dered the improvement of 7th Street, N. W. , from the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street to the South Boundary Line of Graham Street, by grading, construc- tion of storm sewers, drainage inlets, driveway ap- proaches and pavement with curb and gutter, and other related work, according to the plans and specifications prepared by Hayter Engineering, Inc. 2. That a notice duly executed in the name of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, of the enactment of said above described ordinance has heretofore been filed with the County Clerk of Lamar County, Texas, the County in which said City of Paris is situated. 3. That the City Council has caused the Director of Public Works to prepare and file estimates of the costs of such improvements and estimates of the amounts per front foot to be assessed against the property abutting said street within the limits defined and the real and true owners thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA R IS:
