ORDINANCE NO. 2545 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, ?EXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 10 AND 11, CITY BLOCK 55, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO RAYBURN BELL AND CALVIN R. GIBSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ES'I'ABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore establf shed by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 oE the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lots 10 and 11, City Block 55, on property belonging to Rayburn Bell and Calvin R. Gibson, so as to include in such Commercial District (C) the herein- after described property, which was formerly and is presently desig- nated as a Two-Family Dwelling District (217), and that the bounda- ries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City oE Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, and further described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the North Boundary Line of Graham Street with the East Boundary Line of 4th Street, N. W. ; THENCE North with the East Boundary Line of 4th Street, N. W. , a distance of 110 feet to a point for corner; THENCE East a distance of 77 feet to a point for corner in the West Line of a tract of land conveyed to Calvin R. Gibson by Perry F. Stokes, by deed recorded in Book 544, Page 34, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas; THENCE North with the West Line of said Gibson tract, a distance of 61 feet to the North West Corner of said tract; THENCE East a distance of 75 feet to the North East Corner of said Gibson tract; THENCE South a distance of 171 feet to a point in the North Boundary Line of Graham Street; THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of Graham Street, a distance of 152 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
