ORDINANCE NO. 2552 . AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF-2), A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217), A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE NO. 2533 AND RESOLUTION NO. 2065, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SEVERAL DIS- TRICTS SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA RIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed from an Agricultural District (A) to the following districts: (a) One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) on property described in Exhibit A attached hereto, owned by Roy Williamson and Donna Williamson. (b) Two-Family Dwelling District (217) on property described in Exhibit B attached hereto, owned by Roy Williamson. (c) General Retail Uistrict (GR) on property described in Exhibit C attached hereto, owned by Jim VanTreese, O. H. Grupe, Glenn Smallwood, Mark Miller, Esta Lee Bobbitt, Martin Arnold, David Miesch, Roy Williamson, Floyd Dale and H. B. Crow. (d) Commercial District (C) on property described in Exhibit D attached hereto, owned by Jim VanTreese, Glenn Smallwood, Texas Power & Light Company, Mark Jones, Louie L. Noles and McDowell & Holcomb. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provis.ions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- diately upon passage.
