OF LOT 17, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO W. G. GIBSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, <br /> DAY NURSERY (25); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF <br /> THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br /> Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas, be, and the same are hereby charg ed, and that a Multiple <br /> Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on a part of Lot 17, City Block 311, on property belonging <br /> to W. G. Gibson, so as to include in such Multiple Family Dwelling <br /> District No. 1(MF-1), the hereinafter described property, which was <br /> formerly and is presently designated as a 4ne-Family Dwelling <br /> District No. 2(SF-2) and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), <br /> and that the boundaries of said Multiple Family Dwelling District <br /> No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as Eollows: <br /> <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of Lot 17 of <br /> City Block No. 311; being a part of the Joseph Leach <br /> Survey, Abstract No. 524; said 0. 718 acre tract being <br /> more particularly described as follows, to-wit: <br /> BEG INNING at an iron pipe set Eor corner, said <br /> point being the N/E corner of Lot 17 of said Block No. <br /> 311; also being a point in the S/B/L of U. S. Highway <br /> No. 271 (Clarksville Street); <br /> THENCE with the E/B/L of Lot 17, South 1° 30' <br /> East, 112 feet to an I.
