ORDINA NCE NO. 2558 , AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO, 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-1) ON A PAR? OF LOT 17, CITY BLOCK 311, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO W. G. GIBSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby charg ed, and that a Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on a part of Lot 17, City Block 311, on property belonging to W. G. Gibson, so as to include in such Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a 4ne-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), and that the boundaries of said Multiple Family Dwelling District No. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as Eollows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; being a part of Lot 17 of City Block No. 311; being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, Abstract No. 524; said 0. 718 acre tract being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: BEG INNING at an iron pipe set Eor corner, said point being the N/E corner of Lot 17 of said Block No. 311; also being a point in the S/B/L of U. S. Highway No. 271 (Clarksville Street); THENCE with the E/B/L of Lot 17, South 1° 30' East, 112 feet to an I. P. set for a corner; THENCE North 87 ° 36' West, 142. 5 feet to an I. P. set for a corner; THENCE North 44 ° West, 85 feet to an I. P. set for a corner; THENCE North 5° East 163. 5 feet to an I. P. set for a corner; THENCE South 57° 30' East, 219 feet to the place of beginning containing 0.718 acre of land. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
