<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2559 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br /> OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, CLARIFYING AND <br /> BROADENING THE NAME AND DEFINITION OF SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT NO. 12; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED <br /> $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI- <br /> NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL l, 1981. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDA INED BY TH E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be amended as follows: <br /> <br /> a. That the last chart line of Paragraph 8-102 <br /> be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Recreational Facility (Private) (12)" <br /> <br /> b. That Definition No. 12 of Paragraph 8-201 <br /> be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 12. Recreational Facility (Private) A private <br /> recreational facility restricted to member- <br /> ship or to invitation of the owner, which <br /> could include swimming pool, tennis courts, <br /> Eootball field, soccer field and similar re- <br /> creational facilities, none of which are <br /> available to the general public. " <br /> <br /> c. That Subparagraph 26 of Paragraph 12-100 <br /> be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(26) Recreational facilities in any residential <br /> district. " <br /> <br /> Section 2. Any person vi.olating any of the provisions of this <br /> ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor, and upon <br /> conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200. 00. <br /> <br /> Section 3. A 11 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on April 1, <br /> 1981. <br /> Passed and adopted this 9th day of March, 1981. <br /> <br /> , <br /> <br /> Michael E.
