<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINA NCE NO. 2566 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING USES FOR <br /> MODULAR HOME, MOBILE HOME, MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION <br /> AND MOBILE HOME PARK; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT <br /> TO EXCEED $200. 00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PA RTS <br /> OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 1, 1981. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PA R IS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Paragraph 101, Section 8, Ordinance No. 1710, <br /> be amended by deleting from the schedule of uses therein: <br /> <br /> "Trailer Camp, House Trailer or Mobile Home <br /> Park" <br /> <br /> Section 2. That Paragraph 101, Section 8, Ordinance No. 1710, <br /> be amended by adding thereto the following schedule of uses and the <br /> districts wherein they may be permitted: - <br /> <br /> "USES DISTRICTS PERMITTED <br /> Modular Home Agricultural <br /> <br /> One-Family Dwelling, SF-l, SF-2, S F-3 <br /> Two-Family Dwelling <br /> Multiple Family Dwelling, MF-1 and MF-2 <br /> Parking <br /> Office <br /> Neighborhood Service <br /> General Retail <br /> Commercial <br /> Central Area <br /> Planned Development <br /> Mobile Home One-Family Dwelling, SF-3 with <br /> <br /> Specific Use Permit <br /> Mobile Home Subdivision One-Family Dwelling, SF-3 <br /> <br /> Mobile Home Park Light Industrial" <br /> <br /> Section 3. That Paragraph 100, Section 12, Ordinance No. 1710, <br /> be amended by changing Definition No. 39 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(39) Mobile home in the SF-3 district with the further <br /> restriction that single-wide mobile homes may <br /> only receive a specific use permit for a period <br /> not to exceed five (5) years with renewals per- <br /> mitted. " <br />
