ORDINA NCE NO. 2566 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING USES FOR MODULAR HOME, MOBILE HOME, MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION AND MOBILE HOME PARK; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200. 00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PA RTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 1, 1981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA R IS: Section 1. That Paragraph 101, Section 8, Ordinance No. 1710, be amended by deleting from the schedule of uses therein: "Trailer Camp, House Trailer or Mobile Home Park" Section 2. That Paragraph 101, Section 8, Ordinance No. 1710, be amended by adding thereto the following schedule of uses and the districts wherein they may be permitted: - "USES DISTRICTS PERMITTED Modular Home Agricultural One-Family Dwelling, SF-l, SF-2, S F-3 Two-Family Dwelling Multiple Family Dwelling, MF-1 and MF-2 Parking Office Neighborhood Service General Retail Commercial Central Area Planned Development Mobile Home One-Family Dwelling, SF-3 with Specific Use Permit Mobile Home Subdivision One-Family Dwelling, SF-3 Mobile Home Park Light Industrial" Section 3. That Paragraph 100, Section 12, Ordinance No. 1710, be amended by changing Definition No. 39 to read as follows: "(39) Mobile home in the SF-3 district with the further restriction that single-wide mobile homes may only receive a specific use permit for a period not to exceed five (5) years with renewals per- mitted. "
