ORDINA NCE NO. 2571 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONIIV3 ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DLSTRICT (C) ON LOT 17, CITY BLOCK 201, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO F. N. WALKER, JR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG- NATED AS A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS); AND DE- SIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA R IS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1.710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Commercial District (C), be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 17, City Block 201, on property belonging to F. N. Walker, Jr. , so as to in- clude in such Commercial District (C), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Neighborhood Service District (NS), and that the boundaries of said Commercial District (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; BEGINNING at the intersection of the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street and the West Boundary Line of 19th N. W. ; THENCE West along the said North Boundary Line of Bonham Street, 110. 6 feet to a point for corner; THENCE North 123. 25 feet to a point for corner; THENCE East 110. 6 feet to a point for corner in the said West Boundary Line of 19th N. W. ; THENCE South along the West Boundary Line of 19th N. W. 123. 25 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. A 11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
