ORDINANCE N0. 2575 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRO- VIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINAPdCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AiAENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC r10 PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING AREA; PROVIDII`dG FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JUNE l, 1981. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in Paragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Code of OrdiM nances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following No Parking areas: "On the West side of 3rd Street, S.E., from 93 feet South of the South curb line of Clarksville Street to the North curb line of East Kaufman Street. On the West side of 24th Street, S.E., from 365 feet South of the South curb line of East Polk Street, South to the North curb line of Jefferson Road, On the East si_de of 31st Street, N.E., from the South Boundary Line of East Houston Street to the North Boundary Line of Lamar Avenue." Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misder.ieanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on June 1, 1981.
