<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
<br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
<br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND A SPECIFIC USE
<br /> PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25) ON LOT 17, BLOCK Q, EAST PARK
<br /> ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CLABON STEWARD AND HELEN
<br /> STEWARD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG-
<br /> NATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND
<br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
<br /> N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC tiSE PERMIT, DAY NURSERY (25), SO
<br /> ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY T HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning rlap and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that
<br /> a One Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) and a Specific
<br /> Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), be, and the same are hereby
<br /> established on Lot 17, block Q, East Park Addition, on prop-
<br /> erty belonging to Clabon Steward and Helen Steward, so as to
<br /> include in such One Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3)
<br /> and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), the hereinafter
<br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently desig-
<br /> nated as a One Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), and that
<br /> the boundaries of said One Family Dwelling District No. 3
<br /> (SF-3) and Specific Use Permit, Day Nursery (25), be, and the
<br /> same are hereby established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City
<br /> of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and being Lot 17, Block
<br /> Q, East Park Addition, located at 1420 Fitzhugh Avenue.
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
<br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change
<br /> the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompa-
<br /> nying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this
<br /> ordinance.
<br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
<br /> flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immedi-
<br /> ately upon passagee
<br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
<br /> in regslar session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
<br /> Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of July, 1981.
