<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 2584 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRO- <br /> VIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED <br /> BY REVISING SECTION 2-51 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE IN- <br /> CREASE IN AMBULANCE SERVICE RATES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES <br /> OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING <br /> FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF SEPTEMBER l, 1981. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That Section 2-51 of the Code of Ordinances <br /> of the City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Sec. 2-51. Ambulance Service Rates. <br /> <br /> The following rates are established for ambulance <br /> service: <br /> <br /> EMERGENCY SERVICE $50.00 plus $1.50 <br /> within the City per mile from point <br /> Limits of pick up to point <br /> of delivery <br /> EMERGENCY TRANSFER $50,00 plus $1.50 <br /> SERVICE to a point per mile from point <br /> outside the City of pick up to point <br /> Limits of delivery <br /> TRANSFER SERVICE $45.00 plus $1.50 <br /> within the City per mile from point <br /> Limits of pick up to point <br /> of delivery <br /> <br /> TRANSFER SERVICE $45.00 plus $1.50 <br /> to a point outside per mile from point <br /> the City Limits of pick up to point <br /> of delivery <br /> In addition to the established rates a usual, reasonable <br /> and customary charge for medical supplies and service <br /> used or required in connection with emergency and trans- <br /> fer service shall be made." <br /> Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- <br /> flict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
