<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
<br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br /> TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 52,
<br /> ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CORRINE WADE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THERE-
<br /> IN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DIS-
<br /> TRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD
<br /> SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:

<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br /> the Zoning Map and Qrdinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br /> Neighborhood Service District (NS), be, and the same is hereby
<br /> established on Lot 10, City Block 52, on property belonging to
<br /> Corrine Wade, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service
<br /> District (NS), the hereinafter described property, which was
<br /> fornerly and is presently designated as a'I~ao-Family Dwelling
<br /> same Neighorhod
<br /> District (2F), and boundaries
<br /> Service District (NS), b,
<br /> as follows:
<br /> FIRCT TR.ACT: Situated within the corporate limits
<br /> of the City oy Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the
<br /> Asa Jarman Survey and part of the same lot conveyed to
<br /> T. N. White by Chas. Shaeffer;
<br /> BEGINNING in the NBL of 7th Street, N.W. (formerly
<br /> Division Street or N. 15th Street), the SEC of the above
<br /> mentioned lot;
<br /> THENCE NORTH with said WBL of 7th St. N.W., 60 feet,
<br /> a stake;
<br /> THENCE WEST 150 feet a stake;
<br /> THENCE SOUTH 60 feet a stake;
<br /> THENCE EAST 150 feet to the place of beginning.
<br /> SECOND TRACT: Situated within the corporate limits
<br /> of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the
<br /> Asa Jarman Survey, being the same property as described
<br /> in Deed from Lon Burke et al to W. Mack Road, dated
<br /> August 15, 1935, of record in Book 241, Page 411, Lamar
<br /> County Deed Records;
<br /> BEGINNING at the S. E. Corner of the tract conveyed
<br /> by Charles Shaeffer to W. M. Roach by Deed dated May 2,
<br /> 1914, of record in Book 150, Page 517, Lamar County Deed
<br /> Records;
<br /> THENCE NORTH 87 Deg. 32 Min. ti;lest 193 feet, along
<br /> the South-Boundary Line of said lot;
<br /> THENCE NORTH 11 feet, 10 inches, a stake in the
<br /> North Boundary Line of said lot;
<br /> THENCE NORTH 89 Deg. 10 Min. East 44 feet and 8 inches;
<br /> THENCE SOUTH 39 feet, a stake;
<br /> THENCE NORTH 89 Deg. 10 Min, East 150 feet, a stake in
<br /> the WBL of 7th St. N.W.;
<br /> THENCE SOUTH along the WBL of 7th St. N.W. 81,85 feet,
